Help me make this decision?

should I keep my 9 year old, large capacity washing machine, that works awesomley perfect, matches my dryer too OR trade for a 1 year old, smaller size, digital, energy efficient, front loader? I have both of them, which one should I keep?

Were a family of 4. The newer one claims to be anti bacterial and all. Iv never used it, but i bought it super cheap from someone who hadnt yet sold it and was moving today. I could sell it and profit about 300$. Wheres as my old one I would sell for 100$ if i traded. I dont need the extra money, I want the best washer for my family.

For me i guess the real delema is is size. My old one is 3.5 cu and the new one is 2.5 cu feet. I do LOTS of laundry already, like 3-4 loads a day. So is the new one more efficient? Can i pack same amount of clothes and theyll come out clean? Another pain with the new one is, its a front loader. I used washable diapers and usually dump the pail in my original top loader, spin then wash. With a front loader there would be no more dumping, I would have to shimmy diapers lol.

Best diaper for my 17 month old?

I have been using the Pampers my sons whole life but just the last few weeks every morning his clothes are soaking wet from leaking. This has never happened before. His pee and poops are to big for the diapers. What is a better choice for toddlers I cant go up a size because he is so thin they dont fit. Any advice would help.

how to make my daughters diaper fit her?

i buy size newborn for her (she’s 9days old) and weighs (as of last thursday) 5lb10oz…the problem is her pee always leaks out the side and gets all over her clothes. i have the diaper up pretty high, but there’s still room in the crotch to help prevent rash, the diaper even with the room at the bottom is like half up her back.

does anyone have any tips to make her diaper fit her better? i think the gaps are where her lil’ chicken legs are….i was wondering if i should get the preemie size diapers since those are for babies up to 6lbs.. versus the newborn size is for up to 8lbs..

How do I know when to change diaper SIZES?

My daughter is 10 weeks old and is still in NB diapers. She is small and is still in NB clothes. However, she weighs 10lbs. and I’m not quite sure when to go up to size 1 diapers. I put her in size 1 diapers and they were really big but that was 2 weeks ago

Do I just change sizes when she can’t fit into them? Or when they are leaving red marks on her legs? Or whens she is peeing through them? How will I know?

i’m new to cloth diapering and considering getting some imse vimse or baby beehinds wool wrap covers (because i dont’ want to use PUL or anything with poly content on my wee love). i wondered about little beetle wool wraps too? i like the bummis super brite covers taht i have, but want to quit using them ASAP – - however – - the gussets work GREAT! which is why i started looking for slim wool covers with gussets. i have a couple knitted wool shorties & one longies (thanks to her grammas), but no wayyyy can i put clothes over them :(

also – what slim style fitted diapers (or prefolds, or….??) do you use that work best under the trim wool wraps that still did a good daytime job (i cna use the knitted woolies at night)? i’m looking for unbleached, untreated or organic cottons, hemp or bamboo primarily. no synthetics though.

    thank you :)

Newborn son keeps peeing out of his diaper?

My son got circumcised 4 days ago and ever since he pees out of his diaper. There is always a wet spot on his back. The diapers we have fit him,and are always snug at the top.Its very annoying having to change his clothes 3-5 times a day.Anyone have any ideas or advice? We do not point his penis down anymore because everytime we try it goes right back up,which i think is from the swelling.

I’m going to be using cloth diapers on my baby. I’m stuck between the fitteds and the all in ones. I want something comfortable and leakproof. I was also wondering if these diapers will fit under the onesies and any other clothes I may get at the shower. They all seem to look a little bulkey.

Doing clothes shopping for my baby; she will be here in March but I’m not sure how many outfits I should buy in 0-3 month size and how many 3-6 month outfits I should go ahead and buy. I know some newborns grow rather quickly but normally how long does it take for them to grow out of newborn and 0-3 months clothes?
