Newborns??????
I just asked a similar question but this ones slightly different.
How much did your children weigh when they were born, what was their head circumference and how long were they?
Were they on time, late or early?
My daughter weighed 7lb 6oz at birth, was 49cm in length and head was 33cm. She was 3 days late.
My son was 7lb 9oz, was 51cm in length and head was 36cm. He was 9 days early.
Would love to hear from all parents because I’ve always been told ive had big babies as most my mates smoked etc in preg and their babys havent been much more then 6.5lb (both girls and boys) but i just wondered bcoz both my kids were on the average line on their growth chart.

Just for the record i didnt smoke or drink in either pregnancy so that could be why they weighed what they did?

I had a big one, and a small one. 9 pounds 1st ,24 inches long, and the next 6 pounds, 18 inches long, so its a toss up.Did all the same things for both pregancies. They are all different.
My first now 6 years old…I went 42 weeks with her and she was born 7lbs 14oz and 21 and half inches long…
My now 10 week old was born at 37 weeks and was 7lbs 13 oz and 21 inches long…..as for the smoking thing…I wouldnt smoke while I am pregnant but my stepmom did with her son and he was 10 days late and was 9lbs 15oz and 23 inches long….
My daughter was 8lbs 2oz, and 52cm long. She was 2 days over due.
my son weighed 7lb 9onz his length was 57cm his head was about 37cm and he was 7days late
I am the mother of 7 kids. the youngest is now 13. The first five were born 1-2 years apart. the last were spaced 3 years apart.
First daughter weighed 6pounds 1 ounce. was two weeks early
Second, a son weighed 6 pounds 7 ounces and was 2 weeks early.( By the way he was born in the car on the way to the hospital]
Third a daughter weighed 5 pounds 6 ounces and was born on time in a birthing center
fourth, a son weighed 6 pounds 14 ounces born 3 weeks early. (birth center)
Fifth daughter born 3 weeks early 5 pounds and 9 ounces
sixth son born on his due date and weighed 7 pounds 6 ounces. (born in an ambulance on way to the hospital
seventh son was two weeks overdue and weighed 8 pounds
I can not remember their length and head circumference
My first son was 8 pounds 15oz and 21 inches long. My second son was 9 pounds 10oz and 22 inches long. I am not a big person myself, 5′6" in height and fluctuate my weight between 140 and 150 pounds. I had natural birth both times and no epidural with my first. My sons (especially my second) surprised even me (and the nurses) at how big they were. But a bigger baby is usually healthier and is able to leave the hospital sooner. 7 lbs in the US is average weight.
