I never used them, but a friend of mine did. She said they were wonderful for her baby when he was a newborn, but not so great for an older baby. IIRC she switched to Bum Genius around 4 months.
Fuzzi Bunz are my favorite and they’re what I usually suggest if asked.
I never tried Kissaluvs, because I wanted a pocket or all-in-one. I like Fuzzi Bunz, but the inserts are not nearly as absorbent as bumGenius inserts. Also, FB didn’t fit tightly enough around my son’s legs for the first six months or so. They fit fine now that he’s a 16-month-old chunkster. We used bumGenius almost exclusively from 3 weeks to now. I’m just starting to pick up some large FB, because the BG dipes aren’t going to go large enough to fit through potty training. I’ll use the BG inserts with the FB diapers, though.

Not sure about the Kissluvs, but I like fuzzi bunz. I say try a few and see what works. Hope this helps.
